Nagykanizsa: Family house with a view, Kiskanizsa

Two living levels, each level with one (sanitary unit). New gas boiler, nice stove. Interiors in good condition; functionally good room connections (e.g. kitchen-dining room or living room-hallway-terrace). Bright, well-lit spaces, well-kept coverings and finishes regularly and continuously maintained with the diligent owner's attention; Rarely seen patio stairs with comfortable step spacing and step height; licensed fountain; double garage; wood storage extension. During the fire inspection of the premises in the flat building, no thermal bridge phenomenon can be seen anywhere, no mold, no rust, no problems with the base or underfloor insulation, no falling plaster, no feeling of lack of ventilation. There are no cracks in the living space, no problems with the ceiling, no peeling of the roof (good quality from BRAMAC), no problems with the roof construction, the gutter is also fine. The machine technology of the house is in a condition suitable for its purpose, both with regard to the water and electricity lines as well as the gas lines, which is suitable for residential use. In today's energy-critical situation, it is particularly advantageous to have an alternative heating option: the house can be heated with either gas or wood - or even both. The property has a solid subsoil, can be reached via a high-quality asphalt road and has sufficient infrastructure.

Official website of the municipality (only Hungarian)

Nagykanizsa (Hungarian pronunciation: [ˈnɒɟkɒniʒɒ]) is a medium-sized city in Zala County in southwestern Hungary. It is also known in Hungarian as Kanizsa. It lies not far from Lake Balaton at the meeting point of five routes. For centuries the town has been a connecting link. Goods from Slavonia were transported to Graz via Nagykanizsa, and the town played an important role in the trade from the Adriatic Sea to the Alpine region, Vienna, and Budapest.
