The administrative building was built in the 70s, ground and upper floor (124 sq.m), maybe in best condition of all buildings. Current and water availabe. Brickbuilding with slate roof. Ground floor: anteroom, wine tavern, storage room, dishwashing room as well as doctor's room and toilet, anteroom and cool room.
The employee's apartment (49 sq.m) was built in 1957. Traditional contruction with concrete foundation, brick walls and tiled roof. All connections available. Anteroom with tiles, room with wall-to-wall carpet. Bathroom with tiled flooring, built-in tub, washbasin and toilet. In the same part of the building there are further an office with parquet flooring, a garage and a storage room. The outbuildings storages, wooden house, barn and toilet have a total area of about 40-50 sq. m and are of little value.
The whole plot is fenced by a wire mesh fence. Different fruit trees and evergreens in the garden. Children's playground and handball ground.

Little village in the eastern corner of the Lake Balaton. The traveller from the direction of Budapest notice the Lake here at first. The landscape looks like at the see and is closed by the peninsula Tihany in the direction southwest. The municipality of 3870 inhabitants has been formed from the union of Balatonakarattya and Balatonkenese. The more than 5000 weekend and holiday homes compose a 12 km long well-kept holiday area with flowers and parks.
